HB  supplement: 24 EUR per adult, 12 EUR per child 2-11,9 years
FB  supplement: 34 EUR per adult, 17 EUR per child 2-11,9 years

General Notes:

• Cleaning of the apartment and change of towels is daily, and change of bed linen – once a week only for reservations for 5 nights or more;
• 2-bed – 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom (70 sq.m), random view;
• 2-bed deluxe  -2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (from 80 sq.m), random view;
• Side sea view is a subject to availability and at additional payment;
• Charge for extra bed in 1/2 or 3 Bedroom APP – 5 euro/night (in case additional bed needed over the standard for the relative room type number of beds), meal plan is not included – ON REQUEST;
• Covid-19 regulations may lead to change in the offered services;
• Long stay discount and EB discount are cumulative.

Bank fee is applied additionally:  5 EUR per reservation

Child Policy Notes:

• Charge for baby cot (babies-1.99yrs) – 2 euro/night

Cancellation Policy Notes:

• Late cancellations: 3 nights penalty;
• No-show: 4 nights penalty;
